1/16 Series: New Photobooks by 12 Georgian Photographers
Within the framework of the 14th edition of the Tbilisi Photo Festival, Tbilisi Photography and Multimedia Museum presents a new series of artist books published by the Tbilisi Book Art Center!
The first edition of the 1/16 Series includes 12 new photo books by 12 prominent Georgian photographers:

Ariali (Luka Akimidze and Nana Kalandadze)

Starting from 2024, a new book will be published monthly, making current developments in Georgian art interesting and accessible to more people both in Georgia and abroad.
Along with the presentation of the photobooks, a discussion will be held with the publisher and designer of the series, Otar Karalashvili, and the photographers Levan Kherkheulidze, Tinatin Kighuradze, Irma Sharikadze, and Guram Tsibakhashvili. The meeting will be moderated by Nestan Nijaradze, the artistic director of the museum.
